I bet you didn’t know this!

It may not be a surprise why Sugar
Buster is the tea of the month for October.

October and Halloween really kick off the sweets and
indulgence season that spans until, well I guess
Valentine’s Day 😳

Once you get a taste of all those yummies, you want
more, then more, then more.

Sugar Buster helps keep you in balance, and your
cravings under control, so you can enjoy without
overdoing it.

What not many people realize is that Sugar
Buster is what started it all!

That’s right, it’s the first tea blend I created, and it was
for me.

For some reason, I never had a problem with cravings
while I was pregnant, but as soon as that baby joined
us earthside, I was a cookie monster.

My challenge was that I was still nursing and most
products that helped to clear the imbalance AND
reduce the cravings were not safe, so it was up to me
to make my own.

The other challenge was that it had to taste good,
because there was no way I was trading out cookie
time for some medicinal tasting anything.

So, the tea was born. I drank the tea with the cookies
so that it would help me stay in balance and prevent
the sugar crash later leading to more cravings. With
herbs like cinnamon and orange peel it was a natural
accompaniment to my cookies, and it really helped me
manage a better level of indulgence.
