These have been my lifeline lately

Hey Gorgeous!

I’ve been quiet lately as I gave myself some time to recover from illness.

These are what kept my family going – Get Well tea, Breathe tea, and the eucalyptus chest rub.

What do you use?

One of the fun post illness issues has been pink eye. Seriously??

However, I was super grateful to have everything I needed all around me.

I ran outside and grabbed some ground ivy (1st pic below). I also had both dried chamomile and a plant growing outside. I put both of those in the steeper (2nd pic below) with a teaspoon of sea salt to make an eye wash.

I’m already feeling some relief after 1 wash, and actually think the redness has even gone down. I’m ready to be done with all this nonsense, but in the meantime, I’m super grateful for my tool box of remedies 💗🌱
